Freeland Digital Warranty and Return Policy

At Freeland Digital, we strive to provide a high level of Customer Service and support to our valued customers. We understand that situations and issues arise and we try to make the handling of these situations as quick and painless as possible. We also make every attempt to be as open and transparent as possible regarding our warranty and return policies so there is no confusion in the event of a return. Since we sell a wide range of products with different product conditions which carry a slightly different set of warranty and return policies, we have segmented and outlined them below.

NEW PRODUCTS (FACTORY SEALED)

If your order is damaged and/or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.

All items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Any item(s) being returned must be received in the same condition as it was shipped out, including but not limited to the original box, packaging material, manuals, and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

All non-defective returns are subject to a flat 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

*Most of these products will carry a direct warranty through the manufacturer against any product defects or failures for a specified time of warranty they dictate beyond what Freeland Digital offers on our website. For more information, please reference the specific Manufacturers website to verify exact warranty length and any additional warranty terms/conditions offered.

If your order is damaged and/or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.

All items may be returned to us within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Any item(s) being returned must be received in the same condition how it was shipped out, i.e. professional packaging and including any accessories shipped with the order (if applicable).

All non-defective returns are subject to a flat 15% restocking fee. At our discretion, Freeland Digital may waive this fee depending on the circumstances surrounding the return.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Freeland Digital may reimburse shipping charges depending on the circumstances surrounding the return.

Return Authorization Number

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at 877.369.7324 or e-mail us your request to support@freelanddigital.com.

Return requests must be made within the warranty period. All return requests past the warranty period of a product will not be approved.

Once a return has been approved by Freeland Digital, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions will be communicated.

RMA numbers expire after 10 days, so we encourage you to return the product as soon possible.

Any return we receive without a valid RMA number will be documented, rejected and sent back at the client’s expense or subject to a 15-20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Returned items must have the RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the box. Please over-box all returns using appropriate shipping containers and packaging. Please DO NOT place shipping labels or write the RMA# on the outside of the manufacturer’s box. If this occurs, Freeland Digital will refuse the shipment.

For your protection, we recommend that you use and insure your return through a traceable carrier (i.e. UPS or FedEx) that can provide you with delivery confirmation and a guarantee on the date the package will be delivered at our warehouse. Freeland Digital is not responsible for items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping charges to our warehouse will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Return Procedure

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.

* Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.
* Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.
* Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (Freeland Digital maintains serial number tracking).
* Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
* Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.

NOTE: In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied. The product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and may be returned to you at your expense or be subject to a 15-20% restocking fee.

Refunds

For all qualified returns, please allow for up to 5 business days for the return(s) to be processed and a refund given. Please see below how refunds are issued based on particular payment methods.

* Credit Card: Refund will be issued within 5 business days of the return being received.
* PayPal: Refund will be issued to the paypal account used for purchase within 5 business days of the return being received.
* Amazon Pay: Refund will be issued within 5 business of days of the return being received.
* Debit Cards without Major Credit Card Logo Purchases: Refund will be issued by check mailed within 5 business days of the return being received.

International Orders - In the case of an international transaction, the buyer is responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination. Any international import fees, customs duties, taxes and any other costs associated with merchandise crossing international borders are NOT included in this listing. The buyer is responsible for the payment of any such fees by the time of receipt. When customs clearance procedures are required, delivery may be delayed past the estimated delivery date. In these events, the seller has no control and no responsibility for any of the fees or delays with customs associated with international orders. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to the seller in addition to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchased item’s value for any returns due to Buyer’s failure to comply with the above statements in this listing.

Expedited Shipping for Orders - Optional expedited shipping costs paid by the buyer are non-refundable in any case where tracking shows as delivered on time.
